Arrival day
Check-in is available from 13:00. The lockbox code is not published here and will be sent before arrival.

You may park free of charge inside the site, except directly in front of apartment entrances.
Step by step
Follow these steps when you arrive to find the apartment and get inside smoothly.
Enter the resort through Gate C and park where available.
Head to the elevators and go up to the second floor.
Turn left out of the elevator and walk to the end of the corridor. The apartment is on the left-hand side.
The lockbox is located between the mosquito net and the door. Enter the combination sent to you before arrival.
Take the apartment key, unlock the door, and place the key somewhere safe once inside.
Please close the lockbox securely after taking the key.
